Focus of the Final Project
My first mission will be to research the purchasing behavior of this client segment and develop advertisements that enhance connection, individualization, and dependability at each stage of the purchasing process. This involves analyzing segmentation methods, selecting thoughtful and community-driven marketing channels, and developing both broad and targeted marketing campaigns.

What Company?
I have chosen Starbucks and specialty coffee and drinks as the particular product area for my final thesis. Starbucks is a well known brand around the world, not just for its high end goods but also for the culture and way of life it fosters. It is the perfect organization for studying customer behavior and relationship driven marketing techniques because of its strong emphasis on community, customization, and sources of ethics.
What type of consumer am i?
I am a value-driven, lifestyle-oriented consumer who makes thoughtful and intentional purchasing decisions. The way a product fits into my daily routine and promotes my general sense of balance and well-being has an impact on my purchasing decisions. I prefer to stay clear of impulsive purchases and place a higher priority on brand values, quality, and trust than price. Additionally, because these elements have a significant impact on my loyalty and long-term purchase behavior, I am drawn to businesses that foster emotional connection and authenticity.
What influences your buying decisions, and how?
A product’s suitability for my lifestyle, compatibility with my ideals, and reliability as a brand all play a role in my purchasing decisions. To assess quality and reliability, I mostly rely on reviews, word-of-mouth, and prior experiences. I am more inclined to think about buying a product if it enhances my routine or sense of wellbeing.

The stage that most directly leads to my purchasing decisions is the evaluation of alternatives. During this step, I compare several brands, pricing, and features to determine which choice best suits my requirements. I rarely buy soon after recognizing a need because I wish to be certain that I am making the appropriate decision.

I am influenced by marketing research and design through visual appeal, straightforward communication, and customization. I am more drawn to brands that leverage customer data to provide targeted messages, loyalty benefits, or specific guidance. Well-organized information, calm graphics, and a clean style boost my confidence and make the choice to buy.
